Refunds and Returns

Energy Smart Lighting is a company run by individuals, and like our own customers, we too, like to be treated quickly and fairly should any problem arise from a purchase we have made on-line.

Our reputation is built on confidence and trust and we will always strive to make it easy to deal with us.

We understand that there may be an occasion when a product fails when first installed or that it has arrived damaged in transit.

Should this happen simply let us know immediately via returns@energysmartlighting.com.au and we will issue you with an RA (Return Authority) number and instructions on how and where to send the product/s back to us. Upon receipt and verification of the fault or damage to the product/s, we will send out a replacement of your product/s or should you wish, provide you with a full refund.

Warranties

All products sold by Energy Smart Lighting Australia come with a warranty that is listed within the specific product description.

Should a product fail within the specified warranty period listed on our website, we will assist you rather than simply send you off to deal with the manufacturer concerned directly.

Again, simply contact us via returns@energysmartlighting.com.au, we will issue you with an RA (Return Authority) number and instructions on how and where to send the product/s back to us. Upon receipt and verification of the fault we will send out a replacement (either the identical or a similarly spec’d product should the original no longer be available) or should you wish, provide you with a refund comparable to the replacement cost of the product at the time of return.

Equally, Energy Smart Australia expects its customers to be fair to us and make it easy as possible to deal with them in the unlikely event a problem should occur.

Our product managers are experts in their fields and can easily tell if a product has been misused, or incorrectly installed or simply hasn’t been purchased from us. In such circumstances we of course, cannot be expected to replace the product or provided a refund.

Similarly, if we have already sent you what you have ordered, but you have subsequently change your mind or found the product cheaper elsewhere, we cannot be expected to take the product/s back and provide you with a refund.
