Energy Smart Lighting sends its products all over the country as well as overseas from our warehouse.
To make the cost of delivery as simple as possible, there are only two options available regardless:
All overseas orders will incur a delivery charge relative to the cubic weight of the outer carton used in order to ship the product/s to the relative country. You will be informed of such delivery charges before the order has been sent.
We use a number of trusted courier companies to ensure that 99% of our deliveries happen without a hitch.
Delivery time frames can vary from 2-14 business days.
We cannot guarantee our delivery times and delays may occur on international deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.
After you have completed your purchase, and your products dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email alerting you of your order having been dispatched along with any other pertinent tracking information.
If you have made multiple purchases you may receive more than one dispatch email, each with the details of the individual deliveries. Your goods may also arrive separately on different days.
Please contact us if your goods have not been received within the time frame outlined on your dispatch email/s.
Your goods will be delivered to the address that you have placed with your order/s.
Please Note: We are unable to deliver to a PO Box address.
